Luís Oliva is a family-owned olive oil producer based in Alcanena, in the Ribatejo region of Portugal. They operate an ecological oil mill using cold extraction and two-phase centrifugation technology, combining traditional methods with modern equipment. Their extra virgin olive oils are made from local varieties Galega and Cobrançosa, with a blend that also includes Picual. The producer offers transformation services for local olive growers, as well as bottling and storage facilities.
