The Coldani family has farmed the fertile soils of the San Joaquin Delta for four generations and over 100 years, establishing Lodi Olive Oil as a family-owned operation rooted in traditional practices. This producer grows olives locally using organic and sustainable methods to maintain soil health and environmental balance. Production occurs at the on-site olive mill, where olives are processed to yield extra virgin olive oil alongside complementary wines and vinegars.
