Lisadurne Hill is a family farm in Rushworth, Victoria, Australia, established in 1876 and now in its fourth generation of family ownership. The olive grove was planted between 2008 and 2009, featuring 27,000 trees across seven varieties for oil and two for table olives on the Hill Paddock. The farm produces multi-award-winning extra virgin olive oils such as Hill Paddock Blend, Rushworth Gold, Hojiblanca, and Angus, celebrated for their fresh, pure flavours.

Owned by Russ and Tina Knight, the farm grows olives with passion, focusing on premium quality to deliver some of Australia's best EVOO. They harvest early in the season to maximise quality and maintain high polyphenol levels, and all olive oil is cold pressed below 28°C to preserve its flavour and health benefits. Their Kalamata olives were awarded Best Table Olive 2025, and they also produce table olives, balsamic vinegar, mosto cotto, rose products, and olive oil soap.
