Olives are harvested fresh and cold-pressed within ten hours using modern equipment to maintain quality. Recognised for its quality, Leontyna’s oil has received multiple awards, including gold, silver, and bronze from the Australian Olive Oil Association and international accolades from Italian olive oil associations. Jill and Julian Barson founded the business, which has earned accolades such as Best in Show at the Mornington Peninsula Olive Association’s 2009 competition.
