Las Vivas

Las Vivas is a family run farm located in Sonoma County, California, producing both wine and olive oil. Their Olio Nuovo is crafted from traditional Tuscan varieties (Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino) that are hand harvested and pressed within hours to preserve freshness. The estate is managed by Los Paisanos Vineyard Management, which treats the soil as a living ecosystem and limits cultivation, irrigation and sprays to minimise environmental impact. Their philosophy is to celebrate place and life through simple, farm to bottle products while practising ecological stewardship.
