La Barre Olives is an Australian producer of award-winning extra virgin olive oil, based in New South Wales. They harvest and process olives from two distinctive groves in Yass and Billimari to create their premium olive oils. Their product range includes a specially blended mild extra virgin olive oil with subtle pepper and bitter notes, as well as various infused oils such as Rosemary & Garlic and Chilli & Garlic. La Barre also offers finishing vinegars, including Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar, and other condiments designed to enhance home cooking.
