They started planting in 2000, adding around 200 autochthonous Buža olive trees each year, and now care for 2500 trees across more than 20 years. Olives are hand-picked using rakes and nets, then processed within six hours at the modern Grubić oil mill to preserve quality and high polyphenol levels.
