Kozlović

Kozlović is a family-run winery and olive oil producer based in the Vale valley of north-western Istria, Croatia, bordering Italy and Slovenia, where they have crafted wines and olive oils since 1904 across four generations. They focus on preserving indigenous Istrian grape varieties-Malvasia Istriana, Teran, and Muscat Momiano-while advancing vineyard and production techniques in their own groves and cellars. Their extra virgin olive oil, produced from hand-harvested buža, bianchera, and leccino olives pressed immediately after picking, reflects a commitment to quality and terroir expression.
