Kozlović

Kozlović is a family-run winery and olive oil producer based in the Vale valley of north-western Istria, Croatia, bordering Italy and Slovenia, where they have crafted wines and olive oils since 1904 across four generations. They focus on preserving indigenous Istrian grape varieties—Malvasia Istriana, Teran, and Muscat Momiano—while advancing vineyard and production techniques in their own groves and cellars. Their extra virgin olive oil, produced from hand-harvested buža, bianchera, and leccino olives pressed immediately after picking, reflects a commitment to quality and terroir expression.
