Kmetija Kante, part of the family owned Kerinba d.o.o. established in 1992, operates from Šempas in Slovenia's Vipavska dolina region. The producer offers several distinctive extra virgin olive oil varieties. The Maurino varietal oil is characterised by a milder taste with medium-intensity aromatics. The Cuvée is a refined blend featuring Istrska belica (Istrian belica), Leccino, and Maurino olives. The Istrska belica varietal is a robust oil distinguished by fresh fruit aromas with pronounced bitter and spicy notes. The Classic variety appeals to those seeking fresh and pronounced flavours. Additionally, Kante produces flavoured oils including Blaze of Spice (infused with lyophilised chilli), Pure Lemon (olive oil with lemon), and White Truffle (infused with white truffle).
