Jurišević is a family olive oil producer based in Bužinija, near Novigrad in Istria, founded in 2009. They cultivate 1,800 olive trees and carefully monitor every step from harvesting to bottling, using cold pressing on the day of harvest. Their range includes Frantoio, Leccino, and a premium blend, all made to premium quality. The company focuses on natural processes and creating oils with distinct flavours for different occasions.
