Jingilli Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced by the family-owned Frankland River Olive Company, established in 1999 in Western Australia. With a heritage spanning five generations of Tuscan merchants, the company combines traditional Italian values with modern production methods. Their olives are grown across two complementary locations: the Frankland River Grove (105,000 trees, mostly Tuscan varieties producing robust oils) and the Parmelia Grove in the Moore River Region (160,000 trees of Israeli and Spanish varieties yielding milder oils). The company prides itself on quality control from grove to bottle, with state-of-the-art harvesting and processing equipment that can press olives within two hours of harvesting. Their award-winning oils are widely available throughout Western Australia and are used by many of the state's finest restaurants.
