J Welch Farms

The Welch family operates J Welch Olive Ranch, a multi-generational farming business in Texas run by Jackie, a fifth-generation farmer, and his wife JonAnn. Drawing on Jackie's 40-plus years of farming experience and JonAnn's business background, they established their olive orchard in 2014 by planting over 86,000 Arbequina and Koroneiki olive trees across 120 acres of former pasture land. The family farm operates under the motto "Faith, Family & Farming" and continues to expand as a diverse agricultural business, with four children and ten grandchildren ensuring the farming legacy will continue into future generations.
