Ionian Gold is a family-run estate on the Paliki Peninsula of Kefalonia, Greece, where the Dellaporta family has farmed the land since around 1500. They produce cold‑pressed, high‑polyphenol extra virgin olive oil from centuries‑old Koroneiki groves, using biodynamic, low‑intervention methods and hand‑picking the olives to press them within hours. Their philosophy centres on sustainability, limited‑batch production and delivering the purest expression of the estate's heritage. The range includes Livadi, Paliki and Xavdata oils, and they offer a subscription service starting from £17 per month.
