Inez Olive Oil, operating under the brand Erah of Inez, is a small family brand established in 2022 on a 25-acre organic farm in Santa Ynez, California. All olives are grown exclusively on-site, with the family dedicated to certified-organic farming methods that emphasise environmental stewardship and biodiversity. The brand produces organic extra virgin olive oils using blends of Spanish and Greek varietals, resulting in a robust, peppery profile with notes of green grass and herbs.

The Single Estate Blend reflects the farm's terroir and varietal characteristics, while the Ultra Premium Blend offers a refined balance. Erah of Inez holds CCOF certification for both crops (since December 2023) and handling (since October 2024), ensuring compliance with rigorous organic standards.

The family supports local wildlife, including a family of hares known as Erah, which inspired the brand's name. This connection to the land and local ecosystem reflects the brand's commitment to sustainable agriculture and community engagement.
