Il Fiorello Olive Oil Co. is a family run business based in Fairfield, California, owned by Ann and Mark Sievers. Established in 2007, they grow certified organic olives on their own groves situated in Green Valley and Suisun Valley between Fairfield and Napa Valley, and mill the fruit on site to produce a range of artisan extra virgin oils, including Koroneiki, Taggiasca, Frantoio, Chemlali and Pendolino varieties. The company emphasises quality and craftsmanship, offering both retail products and custom milling services for growers through their Community Milling Day programme. Their philosophy centres on delivering the finest quality olive oil while sharing the experience through tastings, tours and culinary classes.
The producer has earned international recognition for their oils, ranking #9 in the United States and #25 globally at the 2025 World Olive Oil Competition. In 2025 alone, Il Fiorello collected 24 accolades, comprising 2 Best of Class, 8 Gold and 14 Silver medals from major competitions in New York, Los Angeles and the California State Fair. The company also produces wine under their own label.
