HYPERELEON is a Greek producer of high phenolic extra virgin olive oil, based in the Arcadian Mountains of the Peloponnese near Ancient Olympia. They specialise in organic farming, handpicking unripe olives and cold-pressing them on the same day without heat to preserve up to 30 times the polyphenols of typical EVOOs. Their range includes five distinct oils (Ultra Gold, Gold, Green, Nutri and Taste). Each made from the Olympia and Athinolia olive varieties grown at high altitude. This dedication to quality has earned them recognition as one of the world's most awarded producers in the high phenolic olive oil category.
