Hidden Valley Farms is a family-run farm located less than an hour from Canberra in Mid-Western New South Wales. The family's connection to the land spans over 25 years, when they first discovered this hidden piece of terrain—a 100-year-old farm that had once been a thriving apple, pear and quince orchard. Historically, the fruit from this land was transported by train to Sydney markets and by ship to England, frequently winning prizes.

The family's journey back to agriculture began after a corporate international career. Drawn back to Australia, they focused on sharing their passion for organically grown food with family and friends. Alongside maintaining the historic fruit orchard and caring for honey bees, their first serious agricultural endeavour was planting 800 olive trees to create a boutique olive grove meeting the highest Australian standards. The owner's Mediterranean heritage has been instrumental in developing what they describe as some of the tastiest Extra Virgin Oils and fruit you'll ever experience.

The farm has since expanded to include a truffière with over 1000 English and French Oak trees, producing French Perigord Black Truffles. Their organically grown fresh garlic has also become popular with top Sydney restaurants. Hidden Valley Farms offers visitors the opportunity to experience olive picking and truffle hunting activities, or simply enjoy their produce in a peaceful rural setting.

Their early harvest produces Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a crisp, peppery bite that brings out the full flavour in any dish.
