Het Vlock Casteel is a South African olive oil producer located in the Riebeek Valley at the foot of Kasteelberg mountain. The farm has been in operation since 1958 when it was first cultivated by Adriaan Johannes Vlok, and is now run by Johan Vlok. Originally focused on table and wine grapes, the farm diversified over the decades to include various fruits and olive groves from the 1990s onwards. In addition to olive oil, Het Vlock Casteel produces wine, preserves, and jams, with the estate also functioning as a wedding venue offering wine tasting, olive oil tasting, and fruit tours.

Their olive oils have received consistent recognition at the SA Olive Awards. The Favolosa variety won gold in 2022 and the Coratina variety won gold in 2023, with both subsequently being named among ABSA's Top 10 Extra Virgin Olive Oils of South Africa. More recently, their Frantoio Exclusive won gold in the Delicate category, their Coratina won gold in the Intense category, and their Frantoio Kasteelberg won gold in the Medium category at the 2025 SA Olive Awards.

The farm benefits from the Mediterranean climate of the Riebeek Valley and irrigation from the Berg River Water Scheme, with all olives being hand-picked and processed locally. They offer olive oil for sale in 5 litre vats, and approximately 95% of their fruit production goes to export markets.
