Hart's Farm

Hart's Farm, located on Tucks Road in Shoreham, is a 10-hectare property that transitioned from a dairy and cattle farm to an olive grove after the current owners purchased it in 1997. The farm now boasts over 1,300 Tuscan olive trees (Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino varieties), which produce award-winning high-polyphenol extra virgin olive oils. Since 2010, Hart's Farm has expanded to include apple and pear orchards, creating naturally fermented, bottle-conditioned ciders that have also won multiple awards. Visitors can purchase olive oil, cider, natural fruit cordials, preserves and seasonal produce at the Farmgate on weekends and public holidays, by appointment, or through their online store with a "click and collect" option available for local customers.
