Halter Ranch

Halter Ranch produces estate grown EVOO from its organic groves in Paso Robles, California. The Tuscan blend, derived from a 4-acre grove of Frantoio, Leccino, Maurino, and Pendolino olives, is certified organic and earned a gold medal at the 2024 California State Fair. The Picual variety comes from less than one acre of the original grove, also certified organic, and received a Good Food Award in 2022. The Ancestor oil draws from two ancient olive trees within the ranch's organic walnut grove. Farming practices emphasise organic certification, with olives harvested for estate production.
