Grumpy Goats Farm is a 20-acre organic olive farm located at 23946 State Highway 16 in Capay Valley, Yolo County, California. The farm is co-owned by Pamela Marvel and her husband, Stuart Littell, who founded the operation in 2008 with a commitment to producing robust organic extra virgin olive oils using conservation farming practices.

Pamela drew on her upbringing on her parents' farm in Belmont, Wisconsin, where Robert and Marian employed conservation practices that the farm continues to this day. The farm holds CCOF organic certification and cultivates mono varietal olive oils from its 3000-tree orchard, including Nocellara del Belice, Hojiblanca, Picual, Coratina, and Pendolino, each offering distinct flavour profiles.

Their Organic Nocellara del Belice has earned particular acclaim, receiving a Gold Award at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. This varietal is characterised by dominant flavours of grass, green almonds, green olive, and artichoke, with a creamy smooth mouthfeel. The oils are described as robust, fruity, and complex.

Grumpy Goats Farm sells its oils online through their website, at the Downtown Palo Alto Farmers Market (Saturdays 8amโ€“noon year-round), and in bulk to small retailers. Since entering competitions in 2010, the farm has received over 100 awards at major extra virgin olive oil events worldwide, including the Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition, the New York International Olive Oil Competition, and the California State Fair. In recognition of this achievement, Grumpy Goats Farm reached No. 14 out of nearly 800 olive oils worldwide in the Olive Oil Times World Rankings.
