Gregor Lisjak

The Lisjak family established one of the first olive oil mills in Istria in 1992, contributing to the region's olive oil production. In 2023, they launched the Gregor Lisjak brand, a range of extra virgin olive oils produced from olives grown on their estate in Krkavče, Slovenian Istria, which includes over 1,500 olive trees. The olives are harvested and processed within hours using cold pressing at their mill in Krkavče, resulting in oils with low acidity and high polyphenol content. The product line comprises ten varieties, including Selekcija, Kortina, and Istrska belica monovarietals, as well as flavoured options such as lemon, orange, garlic, rosemary, chilli, truffle, and a unique olive and pumpkin oil blend. The estate is located at Krkavče 6a, 6274 Šmarje, Slovenia.
