Visit Website The Lisjak family began producing olive oil in 1992 by opening one of the first mills in Istria, and in 2023 launched the Gregor Lisjak brand from their estate in Krkavče, Slovenian Istria, with over 1,500 olive trees. Olives are harvested at optimal times—such as early October for Kortina—and cold-pressed within hours in their own mill to ensure low acidity and high polyphenol content. They craft ten extra virgin olive oils, including blends like Selekcija from Leccino and Frantoio olives, and the native Istrska Belica variety with protected designation of origin.
