Great Southern Groves is a family-owned olive oil producer based in the picturesque Great Southern region of Western Australia, 360km south of Perth. They produce extra virgin olive oil from Tuscan olive varieties, which yields a fruity, aromatic oil with a light peppery aftertaste. Their table olives are hand-picked from groves in Albany and Mt Barker, offering a delicious blend of varieties including Manzanillo, Leccino, Kalamata and Spanish Queen. With more than seven generations of farming history in the region, the company handles the entire process from growing to delivery, ensuring quality and freshness throughout. They process their olives within hours of harvesting and store the oil in stainless steel tanks with nitrogen to prevent oxidation.

Great Southern Groves operates their own harvesting machinery and processing plant, allowing them to maintain precise control over quality from tree to bottle. Their production follows Australian food processing standards, with olives processed within 24 hours of harvest-often within just a few hours. The oil is stored in stainless steel tanks with nitrogen replacement to prevent oxidisation, and bottled on an as-needed basis to ensure maximum freshness.

The company supplies premium extra virgin olive oil to restaurants and chefs throughout Western Australia, with a subscription service also available for home customers. They also produce an "Art Series" range of olive oils, featuring decorative bottles, alongside dukkah and honey products.
