Goldi

Goldi is an Australian family-owned olive oil producer with farms in Victoria's Goulburn Valley and South Australia's Mallee. Goldi grows, processes and packages its oil in Australia, harvesting green olives early each April and processing them quickly to preserve freshness, flavours and polyphenols. Its Smooth oil is made from Arbosana olives and Punchy from Coratina. Goldi also uses solar power, biochar and sheep grazing as part of its approach to sustainable farm management.
