Glen Olives is a family-owned olive grove located 8 kilometres north of Glen Innes in the Northern Tablelands of New South Wales. Established in 2001, the farm has grown to include 700 trees for oil production and 80 for table olives, with their first harvest taking place in 2004. The owners are committed to sustainable farming practices, including manual harvesting and pruning. Their award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil has received Gold, Silver and Bronze medals at the Sydney Royal Fine Foods Show. In 2017, they introduced an on-site processing facility to maintain freshness and quality. Glen Olives produces oil from Italian varieties (Leccino, Frantoio and Pendolino) and table olives from Spanish and Greek varieties, with their cold climate contributing to a stronger flavour profile.
