Geelong Region Olives began in 2018 as an expansion of Mt Moriac Olives, which was established in 2004 by the Parker family after taking over a 6ha property with 1,500 olive trees. The business grew by partnering with local growers, maintaining their groves in exchange for fruit, and now manages around 20,000 trees across the region, with 13,000 producing oil. They focus on high-quality extra virgin olive oils from Italian and Spanish varieties, using smart farming practices to improve quality and efficiency. The goal is to position the Geelong region as a leading area for boutique olive oil, offering a range of products for trade, food service, and consumers. They promote collaboration, transparency, and sustainability in the Geelong region.
