Flinders Island Olive Oil

Flinders Island Olive Oil is a small, organic olive grove started in 2002 by Jude and Mary-Anne, who moved from Melbourne to Flinders Island, Tasmania, to pursue a shared dream. They planted olive trees on land near Killiecrankie, learning skills as they went to grow, harvest, and process olives into oil. The grove, the only certified organic one on the island, produces more oil than the local area uses and has won awards. The business continues as a hands-on, local effort rooted in their connection to the land.
