Fedra Olive Grove

Fedra Olive Grove, located in Collector NSW about 40 minutes from Canberra, was established by Spiros (Jeff) and Fedra Konstantinou, who draw on their Greek heritage to produce quality Australian olive products. The grove features over 6,000 olive trees and uses an Italian olive press capable of processing 1,500kg per hour. Since being named Australian Olive Grove of the Year in 2009, they have continued to win numerous awards for their extra virgin olive oil and olives. In 2013, they introduced "Jeff's Blend", which combines their own olive oil with oils from other Australian groves. The business maintains a commitment to using Australian-made products.
