Fandango Olive Oil

Fandango Olive Oil is a small family farm based in Paso Robles, California, where they grow Arbequina and Koroneiki olives. All their oils are certified organic by CCOF, and as such they prioritise sustainable farming practices - avoiding harmful pesticides and using cover crops to protect soil health. The olives are milled within hours of harvesting to preserve freshness and flavour.
