Eyrie Olive Oil

Eyrie Olive Oil acquired the former 'Terra Bella Vista Olive Ranch' in 2015, retaining its Sonoma County location and Tuscan olive varieties. The estate's olives are cultivated at 900 feet above the valley floor and are certified organic under CCOF. Harvested olives are milled within 12 hours at Olivino mill in Hopland, producing extra virgin olive oil that meets strict Californian standards for EVOO, as confirmed by chemical analysis.
