EVO3 Olive Farms is a family-run producer situated on the Greek island of Lesvos. The farm follows organic and sustainable practices, cultivating the local Kolovi, Adramatini and Latholia olive varieties. Their blended extra virgin olive oil has received awards for quality and flavour. Beyond production, EVO3 supports community initiatives such as tree‑planting programmes and cancer research.
