Dr Kavvadia

Dr Kavvadia is a family-run organic olive oil producer based on the island of Corfu, Greece, now operated by the grandson of the original Dr Kavvadia, an orthopaedic surgeon who first cultivated a centenarian olive grove of the local Lianolia variety. The farm continues a multi-generational tradition of producing phenolic-rich extra virgin olive oil prized for its distinctive flavour. They offer two main oils - Lianolia and Thiako - both medium-intensity, single-variety extra virgin oils from Corfu. Beyond olive oil production, the farm welcomes visitors for tours, tastings, and farmstay experiences.
