Darling Olives

Darling Olives is a family-run producer on Alexanderfontein Estate, about three kilometres outside Darling in South Africa's Western Cape. Its ~70 hectares of dry-land olive trees receive rainfall and cool Atlantic air rather than irrigation. Mission is the primary olive cultivar and the family processes its own olive oils in an FSA-audited factory.

Darling Olives makes extra virgin olive oil alongside table olives and other olive products. Visitors can even sample the range at the estate's tasting room.
