Dali Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from a family-owned estate in Martinborough, New Zealand, established in 2011. Olives are hand-harvested and cold-milled early to preserve flavour and produce consistently high polyphenol levels. The estate supports 1,100 trees on loam soil amid diverse plantings, including an indigenous wetland. Dali is certified organic, using biodynamic growing methods. Through careful management, owners Andrea Treart and Ross Vintiner have doubled soil organic matter and soil carbon in five years and the estate aims to stay carbon negative. The family's focus is on creating super premium extra virgin olive oil that delivers both top taste and health benefits. Dali ranks 91st in the world by the Olive Oil Times (as of December 2025) and is a leading grove - putting New Zealand on the map.
