Cooperativa Agrícola dos Olivicultores de Murça

The Agricultural Cooperative of Olive Growers of Murça (CAOM) was founded in 1956 in the Trás-os-Montes region of northern Portugal, an area with a long tradition in olive oil production. The cooperative operates within the Protected Designation of Origin 'Azeite de Trás-os-Montes,' producing extra virgin olive oils under the Porca de Murça brand. Their product range includes DOP-certified oils, the Milhões variety, and unique offerings such as olive oil infused with cocoa. CAOM has received international recognition, including awards such as World Best Healthy Olive Oil 2023 and FLOS OLEI 2024.
