Cobram Estate operates from Northern California, cultivating olive groves in Sonoma Valley where they maintain a dedicated nursery that selects the strongest saplings for planting. The company follows Olive.IQ standards for grove management, employing precision irrigation, pruning techniques and satellite monitoring for water usage. Just like their operation in Australia, they harvest using state-of-the-art systems called Optimus and Colossus to collect olives at peak ripeness, maintaining fruit integrity throughout the process. Once harvested, olives are transported immediately to their mill. Cobram Estate has rigorous analytical protocols through production, measuring Free Fatty Acid levels, moisture content and other quality indicators however they don't publish any of these values for consumers.
