Clare Estate's olive grove thrives in the ideal climate of Clare Valley, where 1,200 olive trees grow—including varieties such as Verdale, Pendolino, Leccino, Kalamata, Manzanillo, Koroneki, and Frantoio. Beyond olives, the property boasts a wide array of fruit trees (oranges, lemons, limes, mandarins, persimmons, nectarines, apricots, pears, apples, cherries, walnuts, chestnuts, plus a 100‐year-old mulberry) and seasonal crops like tomatoes, basil, rocket, asparagus, parsley, spinach, thyme, bay, oregano, and chillies. These ingredients are incorporated into their diverse product lineup, which includes olive oil, black garlic, flavoured oils, grazing boards, vinegars & dressings, and even a pet range.
