Chapman River

Chapman River is a family olive oil producer in Chapman Valley, Western Australia, where its trees grow in rich red loam. All olives are estate-grown under the principle that red soils make good oils. The family manages the process end-to-end from orchard to on-site press. Olives are hand-picked and processed on site on the same day, then the oil is allowed to settle naturally rather than being filtered. Chapman River offers two styles: a robust oil made from Frantoio or WA Mission olives, and a fruity oil made mostly from Queen of Spain blended with Frantoio, WA Mission or Coratina.
