Caves Road Olives

Caves Road Olives, founded by Dr. Digby Cullen and Susie Cullen in the Margaret River region, produces high-quality, organically farmed extra virgin olive oil renowned for its citrus, white pepper, and lemon balm notes. Established in the early 2000s on former family cattle land near the Indian Ocean, the venture began with the planting of 1,800 olive trees and now operates with the support of friends and family. Each bottle features a unique hand-drawn cartoon by Susie's father and helps fund Australian Doctors for Africa's gastroenterology program in Madagascar.
