Casa de Santo Amaro is a family-owned olive oil producer based in Mirandela, in Portugal's Trás-os-Montes region, with a history stretching back to its founding in 1687 and now in its eighth generation. They adhere to a strict farm-to-table philosophy, managing every step themselves from olive cultivation and hand-harvesting to cold extraction and bottling on their estate. Their approach focuses on meticulous attention to detail and the belief that only pure, fresh olives can yield the highest quality extra virgin olive oil.
