Campaspe Bend is a family‑run property in Victoria's Macedon Ranges, situated at about 600 m above sea level on a bend of the Campaspe River between Woodend and Tylden. The farm began with a Poll Hereford stud in 1987 and added an olive grove in 1999, producing both premium beef and estate‑grown olive oil. The olives are hand‑harvested and processed on‑site using the traditional affiorato (cold‑press) method, resulting in an extra‑virgin oil with a peppery flavour. The owners maintain natural eucalypt and acacia stands, plant native and exotic flora to support wildlife, and aim to blend sustainable farming with high‑quality produce.
