Bundara View Olives
Bundara View Olives is an olive grove located in Teesdale, within the Golden Plains Shire of Western Victoria, along the Leigh River Valley. The property features 3,263 trees of four varieties: Koroneiki, Taggiasca, Pendolino, and Kalamata, which are originally from Greece and Italy.
Their Koroneiki olive oil is noted for its lovely floral note and spiciness, and received top recognition at the 2023 Australian International Olive Awards, winning best in show and the Southern Hemisphere award. The grove is managed by Stephen Parker and the team at Geelong Region Olives, who oversee both the farming and production of their Australian extra virgin olive oils. Geelong Region Olives works with 12 different groves around the Victorian west coast to produce six distinct brands, each reflecting the terroir and microclimate of their specific location.
