Olive Oil Brajko is a family‑run producer based in the Momiano region of Croatia, continuing a tradition that began with their great‑grandfather and was passed down through generations. The business is now operated by the three Brajko brothers - Kristjan, Simon and Stefano - who combine historic know‑how with modern farming methods to harvest olives from their own groves. Their range includes single‑varietal extra‑virgin oil from the Busa (Buža) olives and a blended oil called Draga, as well as classic EVOOs from Leccino, Istarska Bjelica and other local varieties.
