Bose Oil is produced by the Marinič family in Goriška Brda, the northernmost part of Slovenia where olive trees are cultivated. The family planted their first trees in the 1990s and now maintains 400 trees across 30 varieties on southern slopes at two sites, Ceglo and Šmartno.

The Bose extra virgin olive oil is a blend of these varieties, featuring a green yellow colour and aromas of freshly cut grass, green cherries, olive fruits, artichokes, and tomatoes, with a balanced profile of fruitiness, bitterness, and pungency. The operation has received high ratings and multiple awards at global exhibitions.

Bose Oil has been featured in the prestigious Flos Olei guide for seven consecutive years, scoring 92 points in the 2026 edition. Together with Villa Eva, Bose Oil is one of only two representatives from the Goriška region in this internationally recognised guide, which reviews over 500 farms from 57 countries.

The operation produces several single-varietal oils including belica, leccino, črnica, Brda beauty, and drobnica, alongside their signature blend. Olive tastings are available at the Ceglo tasting room by appointment.
