Bilini

OPG Rakovac, a family-run producer in the village of Rakovci in Istria, Croatia, creates Bilini extra virgin olive oil from groves such as Kamenjak, Proganj, Zacrikva, Vrta, Pricrikva, and Zatrsina, located near Poreč. With 25 years of cultivation from family tradition—named after great-grandfather Ivan Šergo 'Bilin'—they harvest olives at the optimal time for top quality. They blend varieties from their trees to create balanced oils like Bilini and Bilini Premium, producing first for family and friends before selling the surplus. Their hands-on approach and focus on authenticity have won repeated gold medals at events like NYIOOC and Berlin Global Olive Oil Awards.
