Barton Olive Oil Company operates a small olive orchard on the west side of Paso Robles, California, cultivating a mixture of Tuscan and Spanish varieties that are blended to create their estate oil. The company achieved recognition at the 2021 New York International Olive Oil Competition, winning a Gold award for their 2020 extra virgin olive oil (one of only 23 Gold medals awarded to US producers from 1,100 submissions across 28 countries).
