Austin Olive Company

Austin Olive Company is a family owned EVOO producer operating from Sunset Ranch in the Texas Hill Country that has been in the family since 1911. After a century of cattle farming, the first olive trees were planted in 2009 and the inaugural harvest occurred in 2018. A larger crop in 2020 was milled by Hill Country Olive Company. The operation relies on local collaborators for harvesting and milling and acknowledges the ongoing support of friends and family.
