Aquiferra is a family-owned olive oil producer based in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand, established by Tim and Jess Groves in April 2021. Their product range features premium varieties including Frantoio and Koroneiki. The name "Aquiferra" combines the Latin words for water and land, reflecting the importance of the underground aquifer that nourishes their grove. The business demonstrates a commitment to sustainability through practices such as their refill service at Farmers Markets, which has saved over 1,850 one-litre bottles since they began operations.
