Apollo Olive Oil
Apollo Olive Oil is a small, family-run business based in Northern California producing organic EVOO for 20 years. Olive trees are cultivated using organic, sustainable methods and harvests are done by hand. Their oils are processed using a vacuum mill designed in Tuscany. Apollo's oils are certified both organic and extra virgin, and are raw and unadulterated. They pride themselves on their oils containing an average of three times the polyphenols found in typical EVOOs. The New York Olive Oil Competition recognised Apollo as the 17th most awarded producer globally over a ten-year period, with their Sierra oil tied for first as the most awarded brand worldwide and Mistral securing seventh position.
